What to expect from a Russian summer offensive?

In this video I give a status on the land war and discuss the expected Russian summer offensive. There is a lot of talk about the danger of a Ukrainian collapse, but frankly I don't see the Russians making the necessary preparations to make that happen. It is easy to get the impression that they may be influenced by optimism bias.
