I am a Danish military analyst with a focus on Russia and the war in Ukraine. I publish regular analyses on YouTube, and I am the author of a book about modern warfare.

The Logic of War newsletter is a supplement to my YouTube videos. Here I make videos and write about things that might have a more narrow scope, can be more technical, or maybe are more quick perspectives than in the videos. It does after all take a lot of time to record and edit a video, and the informal format makes it possible to get things out more quickly. The newsletter also allows me to have a slightly broader scope than on YouTube, where a channel has to stay relatively close to a defined concept in order not to confuse the algorithm.

In addition to my own content, the site also features posts by other authors who contribute with expertise about modern warfare from their unique perspective.
